January 2022
Kia Ora Clubbies and Happy New Year!

Firstly, a huge thank-you to everyone who has renewed their membership for 2022! Our goal is to hit 2000 members this year and here's a fun fact. - we've already had more members sign up in Jan 2022 than all of 2018! So please continue encouraging all your friends and family to join the Club by going online or to our web-based app (instructions at the bottom of the newsletter).

The end of 2021 seemed to happen all of a sudden, with a handful of events right before Christmas and a sudden reminder of the value of our First Response Unit.
Our mate Mark Coker got a first hand experience of the world-class service our contractors Peak Safety provide and gave us all a bit of a wake-up call about the need for a 4WD van. Marks latest x-rays show he’s recovering well.

Sponsors for 2022 is my current priority with many local organisations already pledging their support. If this is something yourself or your organisation may be interested in getting behind, please do not hesitate to contact me for more information. We’ve just been given the OK to put a Sponsors Board at the Waipa Entrance to the Whaka Forest and would love to see some more logos under those tiers!
It is event heaven this season (check out the epic line-up below) – we are just SO stoked with the feedback our events are getting. If you want to help out, we always need more volunteers! Email Kate, our Events Coordinator, for more deets.

Stay tuned for more... 2022 is going to be a goodie!
